The coal activity meter is used to determine the chemical reactivity of coal and coke with carbon dioxide, that is, the reduction ability of coal to carbon dioxide under certain high temperature conditions. This instrument has the advantages of fast heating speed, good insulation performance, accurate temperature control, and sensitivity.

This instrument has the advantages of fast heating rate, good insulation performance, accurate temperature control, sensitivity, etc., and meets the requirements of GB/T220-2001 "Determination of Chemical Reactivity of Coal to Carbon Dioxide". It can be used by units such as coal, chemical, building materials, power, metallurgy, geological exploration, and scientific research departments.

Installation method:
1. Install gas analyzer:
Connect the piston comb tube, measuring tube constant temperature water jacket, and level bottle with latex tubes according to the gas analyzer diagram and install them in the corresponding positions.
2. Furnace installation:
Remove the heat dissipation cover and furnace front baffle, carefully insert the silicon carbon tube into the corundum outer sleeve, connect the wire through the small hole of the heat dissipation cover and the electrode of the silicon carbon tube, and then install the heat dissipation cover and front baffle. Fix the thermocouple in the corundum inner tube, and seal and wrap it tightly with adhesive tape between the top of the thermocouple and the bent tube.
3. Gas path connection:
Connect the drying tower, suction bottle, gas analyzer to the furnace body and carbon dioxide cylinder according to the national standard reactivity testing device diagram, and introduce carbon dioxide to check for any air leakage in the system.
4. Reagent configuration and use:
Pour the gas analyzer, gas washing cylinder, etc. into the self prepared solution for testing purposes.
5. Circuit connection:
The wire leading out of the silicon carbon tube heating electrode is connected to the output terminal of the controller, and the thermocouple wire is connected to the thermocouple terminal of the controller. Be careful not to reverse the polarity of+and -. The input terminal of the controller is connected to a 220V power supply.
6. Loading:
Place the thermocouple in the center of the corundum tube. Stand the corundum tube upright and add crushed porcelain pieces with a particle size of 6-8 mm until the thermocouple exposes about 100mm of the porcelain pieces. Then add the sample until the thickness of the sample layer reaches 200mm, and fill the remaining part of the corundum tube with crushed porcelain pieces.
