The RPP-9000SN fully automatic sulfur and nitrogen analyzer is a new generation of fully automatic precision experimental instrument developed by combining the principles of chemiluminescence and ultraviolet fluorescence with computer technology. 4、 Performance characteristics:

1. Quartz cracking tube: blind sleeve quartz tube, ensures full combustion of the sample through back and forth combustion, without the need for tungsten trioxide as a catalyst, which can also fully convert the sample and avoid carbon deposition.

2. Gas path stabilizing device: A stabilizing system is installed in the gas path to avoid interference from gas flow and pressure fluctuations on the measurement.

3. Gas flow control: Using electronic mass flow meters and computer-controlled gas flow, the gas flow rate is stable, accurate, and without fluctuations. The instrument has better repeatability and higher measurement accuracy for small content samples. At the same time, the mass flow meter detects abnormal flow of carrier gas or auxiliary gas, and the workstation suspends the injection of oil samples to prevent carbon deposition and contamination of the gas path and detector due to sample oxygen deficiency cracking.

4. Temperature control: automatic control device for cracking furnace fan, automatic on/off of cooling fan, no need for personnel to wait for shutdown; Equipped with error warning function during operation and the ability to prohibit sample injection due to errors; Equipped with over temperature automatic power-off protection function.

5. Testing Room: Imported coating materials and spraying processes are used to ensure the airtightness of each component, with no air leakage, no light leakage, and minimal external interference. The background noise in the testing room is lower, improving the sensitivity and detection limit of the instrument.

7. Workstation system: combining single point calibration and multi-point calibration to automatically generate calibration curves. The workstation provides users with a multi-point high-order curve fitting method, reducing the bias caused by the linear correlation of the fitting curve in the detection results of low content samples.

The workstation monitors the instrument status in real-time, including gas flow rate, cracking furnace temperature, gas pressure, PMT high pressure, reference line, etc. When abnormalities occur, the instrument automatically alarms and cools down to enter a protective state, ensuring laboratory safety.

The analysis process and data processing process are computer-controlled, easy to operate, equipped with a data processing system, and have automatic calculation functions such as concentration, content, unit conversion, RSD, etc.

8. Energy saving and environmental protection: including sleep and wake-up mode, setting sleep and wake-up delay, reducing furnace temperature during sleep, decreasing or shutting down air flow, saving energy consumption, and extending machine service life. Delayed wake-up, which can raise the temperature in advance to meet the usage conditions in the next sampling cycle.

Adopting a low-power integrated circuit system, all internal circuits use low-power components such as CPUs, A/D conversion modules, etc. The STC series low-power version is used to reduce the overall instrument power consumption and achieve the goal of low power consumption after long-term use.
