Working principle

The straw baler consists of two parts: baling and coating. When starting to use the integrated machine, we should first place the hemp rope on the baler, thread the hemp rope into the clamp tube, and then insert the film feeding roll into the support shaft of the film feeding frame according to the instructions.

First, manually feed the fixed bin through the front of the machine. When the hay bales are large enough to reach a certain density between the fixed bin and the movable bin, the inert roller above the movable bin and the signal wheel on the left side will rotate evenly. The operator will operate the winding clutch handle, and the machine will start to loop the rope back and forth for bundling. After winding the rope once, the hemp rope will automatically cut off, and the bin will be opened immediately for bundling.

The hay bales are directly dropped onto the rotating frame of the coating machine through the conveyor belt. The film is pulled out by hand, and the rotating button is activated. The rotating frame drives the hay bales to rotate. The operator should synchronously and quickly press the film towards the middle of the hay bales, and then release it immediately. The ensiled PE film gradually wraps around the hay bales layer by layer, and the hay bales revolve around the rotating frame. When the film reaches the set number of layers (such as three layers), the clutch automatically disengages, and the rotating frame stops. The operator cuts the hay film between the hay bales and the film transport frame, and presses the cut end of the hay film into the overlapping end face of the hay bales.

Then remove the wrapped hay bales from the wrapping machine and arrange them neatly. The highest stack should not exceed four bales, as being too high or heavy can easily deform the bottom layer of the film, causing air to enter and leading to grass spoilage and mold damage.
