Equipment Introduction:

The SFDG series servo filling machine is the result of researchers from Qingzhou Luhui Packaging Equipment Co., Ltd. It is based on the flow type of the original model, and adopts the opinions of many manufacturers according to the needs of production practice. It retains the measuring device and draws on the filling process control of Europe and America. The CPU adopts the German Siemens brand and the full-color touch screen human-machine interface. The entire filling process is basically one click operation.

Performance characteristics

(1) Multi style filling heads and suction systems designed to prevent dripping, protecting the production site and packaging products from liquid contamination;

(2) The filling is equipped with a full-color touch screen human-machine interface controlled by Siemens PLC computer, making capacity adjustment simple and fast;

(3) The contact part with the material is made of 304 stainless steel, and the connection part adopts a quick connect interface.

(4) The servo motor drives a stable double screw transmission mechanism with high precision in piston movement stroke. The ball screw and guide column are installed on both sides, and the ball screw is separately connected to the lifting crossbeam. The ball screw is easy to exchange and can be disassembled by a single person without disassembling the lifting crossbeam.

(5) The use of PTFE piston seals increases the wear resistance of the piston seals (with a service life of over 24 months) and their applicability to materials.

(6) The whole machine adopts SUS304 stainless steel frame, and the parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel material. Outsourced stainless steel and glass door covers seal the body.
