1. Multi functional and integrated: small and medium-sized, integrated structure. It can automatically complete the cleaning, rinsing, and drying processes.
2. Spray: Install a centralized lower spray forest device with asymmetric nozzle distribution to improve spray coverage. Eliminating shadow effects greatly improves cleaning efficiency and speed.
3. Space architecture: 304 grade stainless steel shell and 316L grade stainless steel liner, with * corrosion resistance. The double wall structure is beneficial for reducing noise and minimizing heat loss, thereby reducing energy costs. Concealed heating components to prevent accidental burns, the inner chamber of the pipeline is made of advanced double-layer stainless steel material:>1.4301/1.4435. It has passed chemical corrosion testing and is suitable for long-distance transportation. The electrostatic safety PCB bracket is sturdy, durable, and corrosion-resistant.
4. Control program: Includes 16 standard cleaning programs and 10 custom programs that can meet most cleaning requirements. This program can precisely control all program parameters, including time, temperature, dosage of cleaning/neutralizing agents, and drying. It is also suitable for challenging cleaning tasks.
5. Dispensing system: includes two dispensing pumps that can automatically and accurately dispense cleaning and neutralizing agents. The base of the cleaning and disinfection machine is equipped with two 5-liter storage boxes, providing a convenient storage solution. Each peristaltic pump is equipped with flow control to ensure that water and cleaning agents are mixed in the correct ratio.
6. Filtration system: The three-layer filtration system ensures that only clean, particle free water can circulate inside the chamber. The filtration at the inlet prevents external particles from entering the water channel. Multiple sewage filters prevent debris in the water from entering the circulation again. The reverse flow filter of the circulating pump can protect and extend the life of the pump.
7. Circulation system: The circulation pump with a flow rate of 430 liters per minute provides powerful cleaning ability, and the rotating spray washing arm installed in the washing room can clean the surface of glassware. The lower spray washing arm can also clean the internal surface of glassware, as long as the vessel has a large opening and is placed on the * layer. In the washing chamber, there is a water outlet that can be connected to multiple injection systems. This connection port can also provide water to the upper basic washing bracket.
8. Drying system: Adopting a high-performance and rapid drying system, the system consists of coarse filters and HEPA filters, high-efficiency fans, and heating devices, directly controlled by programs, and can set drying time and temperature.
