1、 Equipment installation and debugging

Place the test chamber in a well ventilated, dry, and vibration free location.

Connect the power supply of the test chamber and check if the electrical system of the equipment is functioning properly.

Open the control panel of the test chamber and set the test parameters, such as temperature range, temperature change rate, test time, etc.

Perform device self inspection to ensure that all components of the device are functioning properly.

2、 Sample preparation

Clean the surface of the sample to ensure that there are no impurities such as dust, grease, etc.

According to the testing requirements, fix the sample to prevent displacement or damage during the testing process.

Label the samples so that they can be quickly found after the experiment is completed.

3、 Experimental operation

Place the sample in the test chamber and be careful not to block the air duct to avoid affecting the test results.

Close the door of the test chamber and ensure that it is well sealed.

Set test parameters, such as temperature range, temperature change rate, test time, etc.

Start the test chamber, observe the operation of the equipment, and ensure that the equipment is working properly.

During the experiment, the status of the sample can be observed through the observation window of the test chamber. If there is any abnormal situation, the experiment should be stopped immediately.

After the experiment is completed, open the door of the test chamber and take out the sample, taking care to avoid burns.

4、 Equipment maintenance and upkeep

Regularly clean the interior of the test chamber to remove dust, grease, and other impurities.

Check the electrical system of the equipment to ensure that the wires, plugs, and other components are intact and undamaged.

Check the refrigeration system of the equipment, such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components, to ensure their normal operation.

Check the heating system of the equipment, such as heaters, fans, and other components, to ensure that they are working properly.

Regularly calibrate the equipment to ensure the accuracy of the test results.

5、 Safety precautions

Operators should possess certain electrical knowledge and operational skills, and non professionals are strictly prohibited from operating equipment.

During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to touch the high-temperature parts of the equipment to avoid burns.

When repairing equipment, the power should be cut off first to ensure that the equipment is in a shutdown state.

Set up clear safety warning signs around the equipment to remind other personnel to pay attention to safety.
