This product uses plug filling, intermittent operation, and variable frequency speed regulation. This filling machine is suitable for automatically completing processes such as dispensing, separating, filling, (waste bag removal) locking, and finished product output of powdered or pellet shaped capsule drugs. It is developed by our factory based on the advantages of similar products at home and abroad, combined with the actual situation in China. The production process meets GMP requirements.

Adopting a cam down design and adding a pressure atomization oil pump to maintain lubrication in the cam groove, reduce wear, and extend the service life of components.

Based on the lower plane of the measuring disc, a three-dimensional adjustment mechanism is used with uniform gaps to ensure accurate measurement and precision control within ± 3.5% due to differences in loading volume.
