3、 Product performance of fully automatic glass screen printing machine
This machine is composed of a pre positioning machine, an automatic screen printing machine, a detection machine, and a conveyor table. It can be connected to a dryer and a cooling machine, with a high degree of automation, saving manpower, and improving efficiency.
PLC control circuit, printing and screen lifting adopt independent drive sources, which facilitate the adjustment of each part of the machine. There are three printing modes: manual/semi-automatic/fully automatic, equipped with multiple other adjustment modes, and multiple indirect time digital controls. Printing positioning adopts board line and multi-point positioning methods to ensure the printing positioning of various shapes of flat glass.
