Fully automatic fuel gas steam boilerThe new horizontal boiler adopts the internationally classic triple pass, fully welded wet back, corrugated furnace liner combination, and optimized combination of threaded and smooth tubes in the convection zone. The flue gas process is long and the heat transfer effect is good. Our company draws on the many advantages of internationally renowned boiler brands and fully considers the needs of Chinese users. We have launched a new, efficient, and energy-saving boiler that is suitable for China's national conditions in accordance with the manufacturing standards of the Chinese boiler industry, which is highly competitive in China.
1. The fuel is sprayed into the furnace with 100% water in fire by the burner for combustion. The furnace is surrounded by water, and the flame and high-temperature flue gas flow from the front of the furnace to the back, forming the first return path; The high-temperature flue gas flows towards the front through the combustion chamber and forms a second return path through the second return smoke pipe to the front smoke box; Finally, the third return path is formed by flowing through the third return flue pipe towards the rear boiler flue gas outlet;
2. 100% waveform furnace chamber with good thermal expansion and contraction: The furnace chamber is located at the bottom of the furnace water, with a large furnace volume and multiple radiation heating surfaces. The flame is highly filled in between, and the flow of flue gas is naturally smooth. The combustion efficiency can reach over 99.5%, resulting in less harmful component production, a more reasonable structure, and a long service life.
3. Multi unit and multi return tube design: This design enables high-speed turbulence in flue gas flow, eliminates tube blockage, enhances heat transfer, reduces back pressure, and improves heat transfer efficiency.
4. Large capacity steam storage room: This storage room can promptly handle load fluctuations, pressure instability, and peak changes, and provide high-quality dry steam to eliminate the generation of additional condensate and prevent scaling inside the boiler.
5. Maze style double sealed smoke box: This design eliminates smoke leakage and local high temperature in the smoke box, minimizing boiler heat loss and achieving excellent sealing performance.
6. The advanced combustion system of the fully automatic fuel (gas) steam boiler: This system enables the boiler to achieve a mix ratio for combustion, and uses current world-renowned burners. It adopts micro positive pressure chamber combustion, which automatically interlocks and adjusts the air and fuel valves. It can control the combustion amount of light oil, heavy oil, natural gas, liquefied gas, and city gas according to load changes, ensuring full fuel combustion, improving thermal efficiency, saving fuel, low NOx emissions, and meeting environmental protection requirements.
7. Intuitive and simple fully automatic intelligent operation: Users only need to lightly press the start button, and the boiler can start combustion according to the set program, including furnace blowing, flame adjustment, air pressure, return oil pressure detection, compliance adjustment, pressure control, automatic water supply, etc. All are fully automatic operation, meeting the user's steam needs. The boiler operating parameters can also be freely set or modified according to user needs. The controller will achieve unmanned operation and fully automatic control operation based on the newly set parameters.
8. Automatic fault display: The boiler cannot operate normally due to unexpected situations that occur during operation, such as debris blocking the oil circuit, dust accumulation in the photoresistor, etc. The cause of the fault can be automatically displayed.
9. The boiler is equipped with remote control and display data output interfaces: if users wish to centrally control the boiler in front of the office computer, they only need to connect the interface to the control room display screen or computer to conveniently implement remote centralized control.
