This fully automatic flipping oscillator device simulates the process of hazardous components leaching from solid waste into the environment under the influence of acidic precipitation or landfill leachate after non-standard landfill disposal, storage, harmless treatment, or industrial waste entering sanitary landfills. During the stacking or disposal process of solid waste containing harmful substances, if it encounters water leaching, the harmful substances will migrate and transform, polluting the environment. Leaching experiment is a field or laboratory simulation of this natural process. When the amount of harmful substances leached exceeds the threshold set by relevant regulations, the waste has leaching toxicity.
