The fully automatic fabric slitting and cross cutting machine adopts an original ultrasonic system to cut the fabric types. Multiple slitting methods such as single blade straight cutting, embossed straight cutting, and pattern edge cutting can be selected for slitting. After slitting, the edges are soft and the silk edges are strong, without shedding fabric chips, discoloration, blackening, or burrs, overcoming the shortcomings of laser cutting machines. It is an ideal device for making eyeglass cloth. This machine reduces waste of raw materials by 10%, and has multiple options such as slitting/slitting cross cutting. The size can be adjusted independently, greatly increasing the cutting speed.
1. Automatic feeding does not require rewinding of the material cylinder, and the entire roll of material can be put on the shelf for operation, replacing traditional slitting processes and achieving automated operation of the entire machine, increasing production efficiency;
2. The cross cutting part adopts an up and down cutting method, and the precision screw drive ensures stable operation of the machine. The cross cutting fabric does not have curled edges, and the cutting width and length can be adjusted and sorted freely, making the operation convenient;
3. High precision cutting length, automatic feeding, computer counting, fast speed, and adjustable strip width and length;
4. Using the original ultrasonic system, the fabric cutting edges do not change color, have no burrs, do not turn yellow, do not shed silk, do not shed chips, and have automatic edge sealing;
5. There is a magnetic powder machine and a correction tool for feeding. Confirm that the material feeding is smooth, without deviation or deformation, and that the feeding and discharging of the machine are uniform and smooth
