Shanghai FengyuFully automatic self-cleaning filterWorking process: After the water filter is connected to the pipeline system, water enters the filter through the lower inlet, and the filtered impurities flow out from the outlet. When the impurities in the water pass through the mesh core, they are trapped on the mesh core due to their larger volume than the mesh core holes. When they accumulate to a certain amount, there is a certain pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the water pressure difference between the inlet pressure gauge and the outlet pressure gauge of the filter increases to the specified value (the pressure difference varies depending on the accuracy and diameter of the filter, usually 0.15Mpa), the drain valve is opened and put into operation. The water flow backwashs the impurities and dirt attached to the inner wall of the filter core in reverse, and the attached matter is discharged from the filter screen. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside returns to normal, the drain valve is closed to complete the filtration and drainage process.

The material and structure of the mesh board maximize the flow area of the water flow, effectively reduce the water resistance of the filter screen, ensure reliable operation without jamming, blocking, or blockage, and greatly extend the filter screen.
The filter screen is formed by integral stamping of 3-6mm stainless steel plate, and the core should be able to withstand a differential pressure of 150 kPa without deformation or damage. It has the characteristics of long working life, corrosion resistance, no rust, smooth surface, and no scaling.
The FYD fully automatic type uses a differential pressure controller to automatically start the gearbox at regular intervals for forward and reverse flushing, which has strong cleaning effect and low water consumption for sewage discharge.

1. Installation of equipment body (1) When installing and using, attention should be paid to protecting the control box, sensors, and transmission parts to prevent damage. (2) Connect the pipeline in the direction indicated by the arrow on the self-cleaning filter body, so that the water flow direction matches the arrow on the body. The FB series self-cleaning filter has two installation forms (see the figure below). When adopting either installation form, attention should be paid to making the outlet direction of the automatic drain valve horizontal or downward to ensure better drainage.
