The high-speed fully automatic capping machine is a new type of capping machine recently improved by our company. It is suitable for capping different bottle shapes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, pesticides, and cosmetics.
This model has a novel and unique design, intelligent mechanical torque control, and is very easy to operate and adjust. The operator only needs to place the bottle cap on the bottle mouth. During the forward movement of the bottle, the bottle cap is automatically tightened by three sets of rubbing wheels. It can be used for standalone production and is also an ideal model for online production. It can be easily upgraded to a fully automatic capping machine ASP. We have lifting, tilting, oscillating and other capping systems that can be selected according to actual needs.
The automatic capping machine is mainly suitable for capping, spinning (rolling) capping of different material specifications and different specifications.
