● Cooling water circulation system
The solvent chamber and condensation chamber are equipped with water-cooled coils, which are connected to the water pump through external hoses. The cooling water pressure should be greater than 2 bar, and the water temperature should be below 12 ℃. The upper hose of the condensation chamber is the inlet pipe, and the lower hose of the solvent chamber is the drain pipe. A flow switch is installed at the front of the drainage pipe for water cut-off protection.
4 Precautions for safe use
When the instrument is installed in place, it should be kept in a horizontal position;
2. The instrument should be equipped with a safe and reliable electrical grounding wire;
3. Before use, check the tightness of the high-speed drive flat belt Under normal circumstances, check every 3 working days and make appropriate adjustments by tightening the screw;
Before starting up, the equipment should be manually turned on without any errors, and then the manual test button should be used to jog the equipment. If there are no errors, the equipment can be operated normally;
5. The centrifugal shaft rotates counterclockwise If the phase sequence error indicator light is on, the three-phase wiring of the power supply must be adjusted, otherwise the operation cannot be carried out normally;
Before operating the equipment, it is necessary to ensure the normal supply of cooling water, otherwise automatic operation cannot be carried out (interlocked with automatic operation);
When the centrifuge stops running halfway, the power must be turned off, the centrifuge cylinder must be removed, and any debris must be cleaned It is strictly prohibited to start the centrifugal system with load, otherwise it will damage the centrifugal shaft system;
Before the centrifugal shaft stops running, it is strictly prohibited to open the collection tank cover;
When installing or removing the centrifuge cylinder, the power must be turned off;
10. Regularly discharge high concentration asphalt mixture from the solvent recovery room.
