Product Details
One imaging system and two sets of robotic arms for online detection and analysis, aimed at fully automatic online detection of square polymer soft pack cells or finished batteries. The device emits X-rays through an X-RAY generator, which penetrate the inside of the battery. The imaging system receives X-ray imaging and takes photos. The images are processed and automatically measured and judged by relevant software to determine good and defective products, and to select them. The front and rear ends of the device can be connected to the production line.
1. Rich software features:
A、 Automatically measure the alignment of battery positive and negative electrodes, including statistical values, minimum values, mean values, positive electrode differences, and negative electrode differences;
B、 Automatically identify good and defective products, and automatically sort out defective products;
C、 Scan code function, record battery codes, track battery test results one by one, and upload them to the terminal server.
2. High detection efficiency: One imaging system and two sets of feeding robots operate alternately to achieve online detection and analysis, with high efficiency and daily inspection of over 30K. It is suitable for large-scale full inspection of square polymer soft pack battery cells or finished batteries.
3. Production line docking: The inlet and outlet can be docked with the production line.
4. Quick changeover and debugging: Different battery models have quick changeover and debugging, with a replacement time of 10-30 minutes.
5. Safety and Environmental Protection: The entire device is interlocked for safety, with triple protection functions, and any part of the body surface meets safety radiation standards.
