1、 Product Description:
The intelligent programmable natural gas flow accumulation control instrument adopts a microprocessor for intelligent control, mainly suitable for measuring, accumulating and controlling various natural gas flows, and has automatic compensation function. When operating, high-precision measurement and automatic compensation calculation can be carried out by simply inputting the corresponding parameters.
Due to the complex composition of natural gas in different regions of our country, this machine adopts a special design and has thirteen "molar composition coefficients" to choose from, in order to meet the measurement of natural gas containing various components. At the same time, multiple pressure measurement methods are set up to adapt to different measuring devices, and it has the function of automatically calculating and displaying the super compression factor. Set standards that comply with national standards such as SY/T6143-96 "Standard Orifice Plate Measurement Method for Natural Gas" and GB/T11062-89 "Calculation Method for Heating, Density, and Relative Density of Natural Gas". Measurement requirements for various natural gases in oil and gas fields and transmission pipelines across China.
It has multiple signal input switching functions, and can easily switch between multiple input signals through simple settings in the instrument menu, improving the versatility and reliability of the instrument.
Adopting a fully Chinese large screen (with backlight) LCD display, with page display function, it can display instantaneous temperature, pressure, flow rate, super compression factor, date and time, instantaneous flow rate, cumulative flow rate, etc. Can be equipped with a serial communication interface.
