Organic heat carrier furnace is a new type of special boiler, also known as heat transfer oil furnace, with low pressure and high temperature working characteristics. Its heating temperature can reach 340 ℃ in liquid phase or 400 ℃ in vapor phase. Organic heat carriers can be used for heating in various production scenarios where uniform and stable heating is required and direct flame heating is not allowed, with heating temperatures ranging from 150 ℃ to 380 ℃.
The fuel (gas) organic heat carrier furnace uses oil (gas) as fuel and thermal oil as medium, and uses a hot oil circulation pump to force the medium to circulate in liquid phase. The heat energy is transported to the heating equipment and then returned to the heating furnace for reheating. It has the ability to achieve high working temperature at low pressure and high-precision control of the medium operation. The system has a high thermal utilization rate, and due to the overall installation of modules, it is easy to operate and maintain, making it an ideal heating equipment that is safe, high-quality, and energy-saving. The fuel oil (gas) is ignited by the burner and generates a high-temperature flame, which enters the inner coil to form a radiant heating surface. It then rotates 180 ° forward through the rear of the inner coil and enters the interlayer area of the inner and outer tubes to form a convective heating surface. Then it enters the second interlayer area of the middle and outer coils at the upper part of the interlayer, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney at the rear of the second interlayer area. Performance characteristics:
(1) Obtain low-pressure and high-temperature heat medium, easy to adjust, uniform heating, and can meet different process temperatures.
(2) Liquid phase circulation heating, no condensation discharge heat loss, high thermal efficiency of the heating system.
(3) There are compensating technical measures in the system for the changes in volume caused by the heating, heat release, and temperature rise and fall of the working medium.
(4) Before circulating heating, there are technical measures to strictly control the air, moisture, and other low volatile matter content in the working medium.
Control system description:
This organic heat carrier furnace is controlled by an advanced program controller and can achieve various functions necessary for normal combustion. It can automatically implement protective alarms in normal, accident, and emergency situations, and is equipped with corresponding liquid level controllers, pressure controllers, and temperature controllers to achieve inlet and outlet pressure indication and inlet and outlet temperature indication, ensuring that the temperature of the heat carrier fluctuates within the normal range and the pressure is within the allowable pressure fluctuation range.
