working principle
Freeze Grinding MachineUp to 2X96 samples can be quickly and efficiently crushed in just 1-3 minutes. Crushing is achieved by placing the pre processed sample into a grinding container (such as a stainless steel tank or centrifuge tube/adapter) and swinging the grinding tank or adapter radially in a circular arc in the horizontal direction. Under high-frequency swinging, the small balls in the grinding tank collide with the sample at high speed. When using many small balls (such as glass balls), biological cells can be broken. The friction and impact between balls can effectively cause cell breakage.
