Product Details

High energy bowl grinderBR30 can be used for mixing or grinding samples with hard, soft, brittle, and paste like properties. It can be used for dry grinding, wet grinding, or frozen grinding of samples. BR30 is suitable for modern laboratory applications.

Bowl grinderMain advantages and performance

1. Easy to clean

2. Suitable for dry grinding, wet grinding, and frozen grinding

3. Stainless steel casing

4. For rough samples, pre-treatment can be chosen

5. During the grinding process, it is possible to increase the sample volume through the feeding window

6. The scraper material has a wide range of choices to meet all application tasks (polyurethane, polytetrafluoroethylene, beech wood)

7. The position of the mortar and pestle can be adjusted and moved without the need for tools

8. Scale adjustment enables accurate and repeatable setting of the pestle head

9. Setting of digital time and speed

10. The speed can be adjusted within the range of 50-130rpm, suitable for samples with different thermal sensitivities, to ensure accurate and optimized grinding results

11. Grinding tools have multiple selectivity in the materials of the grinding body and pestle head, which can meet all application tasks

Grinding kit -7 different materials of mortar and pestle heads

Stainless steel and chromium steel: low requirements or rough processing, grinding of frozen yeast cells.

Agate, zirconia, tungsten carbide: Hard materials that are prone to abrasion are required to be prepared for a long time without heavy metals.

Hard porcelain, corundum: samples ranging from soft to medium hard and paste like.

working principle

Bowl grinderThe grinding bowl rotates at a certain speed, and the grinding pestle is located at an eccentric position of the grinding bowl. Pour the sample to be processed into the crushing zone between the grinding bowl and the pestle through the top feeding window. The sample is crushed and rubbed between the inner surface of the grinding bowl and the pestle, while being crushed and stirred at the bottom of the grinding bowl and pestle. The scraper on the grinding bowl can ensure that the sample is crushed during each grinding cycle, ensuring the uniformity of the sample.
