Technical features:

1. The control software system is LINUX system, and the freeze-drying process is automatically controlled by programmable programs, which can be switched to manual operation in real time to achieve full parameter control of the freeze-drying process. During operation, the system automatically monitors, detects, records and stores relevant data, and can store multiple fixed or user-defined programs. The stored programs are ≥ 100, and each program step is ≥ 36, achieving multi-level management. It can be monitored, tested and maintained through the standard remote system, supporting big data and smart laboratory construction, audit tracking;

2. Continuous recording of real-time data, drawing of freeze-drying curves, storing data once per minute (with adjustable storage interval), standard recording of 100000 times, data storage capacity for 3 years (optional), equipped with data mobile storage USB serial port;

3. The human-machine interface equipment of the control system complies with NEMA (International Electrical Manufacturers Association) protection regulations and European CE electrical certification standards;

4. The system is equipped with various sensors that record and display vacuum degree, cold trap temperature, material temperature, and shelf temperature in real time. It also provides operation error alarms and can provide real-time information alarms and actively protect the operation in case of abnormal temperature and pressure during operation. The system also has a light alarm (optional);

5. The internal corners, surface roughness, shelf flatness, and internal materials of the freeze-drying chamber meet or exceed relevant national standards;

6. In situ freeze-drying of materials, the cold trap chamber and material rack are made of sanitary grade stainless steel materials, and there are no coils inside the cold trap. The shelf can be disassembled, smooth, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean. The shelf spacing can be freely adjusted by adjusting the number of shelf layers according to the height requirements of the material container. The freeze-drying area can be configured arbitrarily (maximum effective freeze-drying area is 0.83 square meters);

7. The material shelf has a program gradient electric heating function, a special aviation heating film, controlled by PLD, built-in overheating protection, and is safe and reliable; (Excluding LGJ-35 C/50C/80C)

8. It has the function of automatic operation of freeze-drying, equipment vacuum pressure loss, equipment alarm and automatic operation to protect materials. When the temperature of the cold trap is higher than -50 ℃, the vacuum pump cannot be turned on to prevent water vapor from entering and affecting the normal operation of the vacuum pump. It also has the function of vacuum pump maintenance prompt;

9. External cold trap enhances the water capture capability of the equipment, reduces the interference of cold trap temperature on materials during the freeze-drying process, ensures the consistency of material freeze-drying quality, improves freeze-drying efficiency, and reduces energy consumption;

10. Adopting imported compressor single machine hybrid refrigeration technology, international standard green and environmentally friendly refrigerant, rapid refrigeration, low cold trap temperature, and strong water capture ability;

11. Equipped with automated frost function;

1. Optional UPS uninterruptible power supply,After a sudden power outage, the control system will continue to provide power protection for 20 minutes. Within 5 minutes, the main circuit will be powered on, and the safety conditions will be automatically determined to restore the equipment to operate according to the current stage;
