GC-2020AFood grade nitrogen analyzerIt is a gas chromatograph developed by the company based on the detection requirements for O2, CO, and CO2 in the national standard GB 29202-2012 "Nitrogen for Food Additives". The detection limit is CO≤0.1ppm、CO2≤0.1ppm、O2≤0.01%、H2≤0.1ppm、CH4≤0.1ppm。
GB 29202-2012 "Food Safety Standard for Food Additives Nitrogen" is a mandatory food safety standard issued by the Ministry of Health on December 25, 2012 and officially implemented on January 25, 2013. This standard is applicable to nitrogen production from cryogenic air separation, pressure swing adsorption, membrane separation, and food additive nitrogen produced by small-scale nitrogen generators.
Zirconia solid battery is used as the detector for gas chromatography. The measured component oxygen in the sample is separated by a chromatographic column and enters the detector, generating corresponding chromatographic peak signals, which are then quantified using an external standard method.

1. Analyze standard gases
Before making the sample, it is necessary to calibrate the gas. Rotate the instrument's injection valve to the sampling position, open the calibration gas main valve clockwise, and open the pressure reducing valve. If there are bubbles discharged from the instrument's sample outlet, close the pressure reducing valve (see bubbles disappear). Rotate the instrument's injection valve to the injection position, and the workstation will automatically collect data according to the set collection data

3. Sample analysis
When injecting the sample, pay attention to emptying the air in the sampling bag (if air enters, the peak will be relatively large), and then repeatedly replace the sample 3 times. After taking the sample, immediately clamp it with a spring clip. When injecting, insert the sampling bag into the instrument sample inlet, remove the spring clip, and rotate the sampling valve to the sampling position. Squeeze the sampling bag firmly for 10 seconds. There will be bubbles discharged from the instrument sample outlet. Rotate the injection valve to the injection position. The workstation automatically collects data and stops saving spectra according to the set collection time
[Precautions for Instrument Operation]
1. When using a six way valve for gas injection, the position of the six way valve must be stopped at two positions. The valve cannot be rotated to the middle position because the middle position is where the six way valve cuts off the carrier gas, which can easily cause damage to the thermal conductivity cell due to the lack of carrier gas.
2. When the zirconia detector needs to be turned off, nitrogen gas should be supplied for 1-2 hours.
