Introduction:

The identification of irradiated food is a method established based on the detectability of physical, chemical, and biological reactions generated by the interaction between ionizing radiation and food.

The CNtest TLD-500 thermoluminescence irradiation food detector is used for dose measurement of silicate mineral samples extracted from irradiated foods and additives, meeting the requirements of the GB 31643-2016 national food safety standard "Identification of irradiated foods containing silicates" (thermoluminescence method).
