1. Cleaning water tower
When using a water-cooled system, it is important to pay attention to the cleanliness of the cooling water source. When the cooling water is dirty or has too many impurities, impurities will adhere to the inner wall of the copper tube when the cooling water flows through the condenser. Over time, a lot of scale will be formed on the inner wall of the copper tube, which significantly reduces the heat exchange between the cooling water and the refrigerant. This reduces the heat carried away by the cooling water from the refrigerant, resulting in poor heat dissipation and affecting the refrigeration effect.
Therefore, it is necessary to regularly clean the cooling water tower, generally at least once a week (depending on the environment). When high-pressure faults occur during the cleaning of the cooling water tower, it is necessary to consider cleaning the condenser to ensure the cooling effect.
2. Compressor
After the compressor has been running for 1000 hours, it should be checked:
Is the compressor refrigeration oil normal
Is the current normal during compressor operation
Is there any abnormal sound when the compressor is running
3. Other
After using the machine for a certain period of time, due to various factors, it is necessary to do the following:
Conduct a performance test on the pressure switch to determine if it can trigger high and low pressure alarms. For the electrical control box, it is necessary to regularly blow out the dust inside and check whether the screws are loose to avoid machine damage and prevent accidents from occurring.
