Fluorite ball net belt dryer

The fluorite ball net belt dryer is a batch and continuous production drying equipment, with main heating methods including electric heating, steam heating, and hot air heating. The main principle is to evenly spread the materials on a mesh belt, which is made of 12-60 mesh steel wire mesh belt. The mesh belt is dragged back and forth in the dryer by a transmission device, and hot air flows through the materials. Water vapor is discharged from the dehumidification hole to achieve the purpose of drying. The length of the box is composed of standard sections. In order to save space, the drying mechanism can be divided into multiple layers, commonly including 3 layers of 20 meters, 3 layers of 30 meters, 5 layers of 20 meters, 5 layers of 30 meters, etc.

1. Equipped with an automatic tensioning device, the mesh belt runs smoothly and flips freely, thus solving problems such as chain dropping, jamming, and deviation.
2. The screen mesh is made of heat-resistant steel wire woven into a mesh, which has high strength, is not easily deformed, and has good breathability.
3. The mesh belt is driven by a speed regulating motor, which can adjust the operating speed and control the drying time as needed.
4. The temperature display of each section inside the dryer is convenient for grasping and controlling the temperature inside the kiln.
5. Each section of the dryer is equipped with a maintenance channel for easy maintenance of the equipment.
6. Adopting positive pressure blowing to avoid the entry of cold air and waste of heat source due to poor sealing of the drying box body and section diameter, resulting in waste of heat energy and increased investment costs.
7. The design aims to score from the upper low-temperature zone and exit from the tail low-temperature zone. The firefly stone ball gradually heats up from the low-temperature zone and the high-temperature zone to avoid cracking and bursting of the formed ball due to rapid heating, resulting in a low damage rate.
8. The outlet temperature of the low-temperature zone in the upper part of the drying box is ≤ 100 ℃, with low dust content, long service life of the induced draft fan, and low operating costs.
