Fluorescence spectrophotometerThis instrument is designed for fluorescence research in electrochemical samples (solid and liquid) with a wide spectral range, high measurement sensitivity, and stable light source intensity. Capable of capturing the emission spectrum and excitation spectrum of the sample. The sample can be illuminated in two ways: white light in the range of 200-1200 nm and monochromatic light. An efficient xenon lamp with innovative stable light intensity mode is used as a white light source in the system. Combined with the Air Mass 1.5G filter, it can simulate the solar spectrum. A grating was placed at the entrance of the sample chamber. The grating is equipped with an automatically adjustable input slit (the xenon lamp source's light is directed towards this slit) and output slit (the light is directed from this slit towards the entrance of the sample chamber). Adjusting the width of the slit can control the intensity of the incident light.

Place a second grating at the output end of the sample chamber. These gratings can capture the emitted light of the sample. At the output slit of the grating, a photomultiplier tube connected to the controller and counter captures fluorescent photons. The entire fluorescence spectrum can be precisely defined. The grating structure can also measure the total fluorescence intensity (which can capture all emission wavelengths simultaneously). The filter wheels at the entrance and output of the sample chamber can also reduce stray light in the system.
Additional light sources (halogen lamps) and photomultiplier tubes can be used to extend the spectral range of the system to 1800 nm.
The performance of the entire instrument is automated. The system is implemented through dedicated and intuitive software.
