Application and Principle of Kleinw ä chter Flat Plate Electrostatic Ion Attenuation Tester CP-374 in Germany

CPM374 charging board monitoring device consists of a built-in timer, high-voltage generator, and electric field sensor. Utilizing its own flat electrode and built-in 1015 Ω high impedance design, it can be used to detect electrostatic potential and static electricity in static eliminators

Attenuation time and ion balance, as well as the detection of material's electrostatic decay time.

The three testing modes of CPM374 can be switched by simply pressing the B key on the option screen:

1. Charging pad test mode:

→ Used to test the ion balance and static dissipation time of static eliminators

→ Used to test the static decay time of materials (requires a heavy hammer electrode)

2. Voltage meter testing mode:

→ Install MK11 probe: Static voltage test on object surface (can measure human body potential)

3. Field strength tester mode:

→ Remove the charging board without the need for a probe: test the electrostatic field strength
