HQ-3051LT flange type liquid level transmitter

The installation flange standard of HQ-3051LT flange type liquid level transmitter is in accordance with ANSI. The flange has 3 "and 4" specifications, and the flange grades are 150LB (2.5Mpa) and 300LB. The flange installation dimensions are shown in the following chart. If the user adopts the GB9116-88 standard, please specify Dx=80, 100, PN=2MPa.

The materials for the liquid receiving membrane include 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, tantalum, etc.

When not specified by the user, 3 "150LB flange and liquid receiving membrane material 316L shall be supplied.

For customers who order the HQ-3051LT flange type liquid level transmitter or HQ-3051DP/GP type differential pressure/pressure transmitter with remote transmission device, the EFW and RFW flange installation is equipped with 3 ", 4" 150LB process connection flange size and sealing gasket size. The following figure is for reference.
