1. Basic configuration requirements

Two gases are metered by a mass flow controller and enter the gas mixer for online mixing before entering the reaction unit; After being metered by a metering pump, the liquid is mixed with gas and enters the reaction unit; The reactor adopts a fixed bed reactor, and the reaction temperature is controlled by an isothermal heating furnace; The product coming out of the reaction unit enters the condenser for condensation, and then undergoes gas-liquid phase separation in the gas-liquid separation tank. The liquid-phase product is discharged from the bottom of the gas-liquid separation tank, while the non cooled gas enters the back pressure valve to regulate the pressure and is discharged.

3. Main configuration list
Reactor: 1 set. The heating furnace adopts a three-stage isothermal electric heating furnace, with independent temperature control for each section of the furnace to ensure that the constant temperature section of the reaction zone is long enough and can achieve programmed heating. The furnace insulation material adopts high temperature resistant high-density ceramic fiber material, with excellent insulation effect. The shell is isolated with 304 stainless steel plate, ensuring that the surface temperature of the reaction furnace is not hot to the touch and guaranteeing safe operation;

The reactor is sealed by compression using graphite/PTFE/FKM and other sealing components;
