Fiberglass cooling tower accessories

The square fan blades of the fiberglass cooling tower are used as supporting equipment for the cooling tower fan. It has the functions of low noise and environmental protection. As a circulating water treatment system for cooling towers, it is matched with water distributors (pipes) and cooling motors.
1. Leaves
The exterior design of the blades adopts advanced wing blade shapes, with superior aerodynamic performance. The fiberglass cooling tower blades are molded and cured from high-strength composite materials. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, light weight, high strength, and easy loading and unloading. After the blades are formed, each blade is subjected to a high moment detection to ensure that the difference in high moment between each blade is ≤ 250g. m, and the difference in tip height is ± 30mm.
2. Wheel hub
This wheel hub structure is the first of its kind in similar products both domestically and internationally. It can completely avoid the phenomenon of blade pretending that can easily cause major accidents, and each blade can be adjusted separately. Before leaving the factory, each wheel hub must undergo a static balance test together with the blades, with a static unbalance torque of ≤ 315g. m, ensuring the balance of operation. All exposed fasteners are treated with galvanizing for good rust resistance.
