The Q612F pneumatic threaded three-way sanitary ball valve uses compressed air to push multiple sets of combined pneumatic pistons inside the actuator, transmitting force to the crossbeam and inner curved track, driving the air core spindle to rotate. The compressed air disc is transmitted to each cylinder, changing the inlet and outlet positions to change the direction of the main shaft rotation. According to the required rotational torque of the load (valve), the number of cylinder combinations can be adjusted to drive the load (valve) to work.

Two position five way solenoid valves are usually used in conjunction with double acting pneumatic actuators, with two positions controllable: on-off. Five way valves have five channels for ventilation, one of which is connected to the air source, two are connected to the inlet and outlet of the external air chamber of the double acting cylinder, and two are connected to the inlet and outlet of the internal air chamber. Threaded connection is a simple connection method commonly used for small valves.

There are two situations:

1. Direct sealing: The internal and external threads provide a direct sealing effect. To ensure that there is no leakage at the connection, lead oil, hemp, and polytetrafluoroethylene tape are often used for filling; Among them, polytetrafluoroethylene raw material tape is becoming increasingly widely used; This material has good corrosion resistance, excellent sealing effect, and is easy to use and store. When disassembling, it can be completely removed because it is a non stick thin film, much more than lead oil and hemp. 2. Indirect sealing: The force of tightening the thread is transmitted to the gasket between two planes, allowing the gasket to provide a sealing effect.

Valve maintenance and upkeep

1. Valves should be stored indoors in a dry and ventilated area, and both ends of the passage should be blocked.

2. Valves stored for a long time should be regularly inspected, cleaned of dirt, and coated with rust proof oil on the processing surface.

3. After installation, regular inspections should be carried out, with the main inspection items being:

(1) Wear condition of sealing surface.

(2) Wear condition of trapezoidal thread on valve stem and valve stem nut.

(3) Whether the packing is outdated or ineffective, and if it is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

(4) After valve maintenance and assembly, a sealing performance test should be conducted.

Valves in operation should have complete and intact valve components. The bolts and threads on the flange and bracket should be intact and not loose. If the fastening nut on the handwheel is found to be loose, it should be tightened in a timely manner to avoid wear on the connection or loss of the handwheel and nameplate. If the handwheel is lost, it is not allowed to replace it with an adjustable wrench and should be promptly equipped. The packing gland is not allowed to be skewed or have no pre tightening gap. Valves in environments prone to contamination by rain, snow, dust, sandstorms, and other pollutants should be equipped with protective covers on their valve stems. The scale on the valve should be kept complete, accurate, and clear. The lead seal, cap, pneumatic accessories, etc. of the valve should be complete and intact. The insulation jacket should be free of dents and cracks. Do not knock, stand or support heavy objects on the running valve; Especially non-metallic valves and cast iron valves should be prohibited.
