Our company's FZG ⻮ wheel testing (imported from Germany) machine belongs to the "Back to Back" category, which refers to a back-to-back ⻮ wheel fatigue testing platform. The equipment is designed based on the principle of internal load power cycling to achieve the cycling of test power and reduce power consumption during the testing process. Two wheel boxes are connected by two dynamic force axes, and a uniquely designed hydraulic loading device (replacing traditional mechanical loading systems) is loaded on one of the dynamic force axes to apply the required load torque for the test. Both power shafts are equipped with torque sensors, which can measure torque loss in real-time online. The servo hydraulic loading system is controlled by the main electronic control system, allowing for automatic dynamic loading.
The testing machine is driven by a high-speed variable frequency motor, with a testing speed range of 100-6000rpm and continuously adjustable. The drive motor and power shaft are installed parallel and connected by a ribbon, making it easy to install and replace the two wheel boxes.
Equipped with one set of testing wheel box and one set of accompanying testing wheel box. Implement testing with a spacing of 91.5mm, capable of testing standard 91.5mm
Wheels, including standard FZG ⻮ wheels and customized ⻮ wheels of the same diameter (with different moduli 2-5 and materials), with a maximum width of 30mm.
Equipped with a unique lubricating oil circulation system and an adjustable diameter nozzle, the test wheel box is lubricated with oil injection and immersion lubrication
The lubrication unit is directly controlled by the main electronic control system.
The lubricating oil temperature, loading torque, vibration and other parameters of the gearbox can be set and measured in real time through the control system, so the system can be tested according to fixed parameters and run through the set parameter curve.
The collection and display of system test data are achieved through a central controller.
The central control system is equipped with dedicated industrial grade computers and testing software, making it convenient for laboratory personnel to operate and observe test data.
The testing machine has two operating modes: manual control and automatic operation. The automatic operation mode can be programmed to achieve the proceduralization of the experimental process
Each experimental step can set relevant experimental parameter values, data recording frequency, and alarm information.
The monitoring parameters include but are not limited to the following:
1) Speed: including the set value and current value of the driving fixture speed, as well as the current value of the test piece speed;
2) Load: including the set value and current value of the loading force;
3) Temperature: including the set value and current value of the fuel tank temperature, the temperature in front of the nozzle, the temperature of the test piece, and the current value of the disc drive fixture temperature;
4) Cycle times: The total number of cycles of the test piece in this test.
