FRANK-PTI bending stiffness tester S58566

The FRANK-PTI bending stiffness tester (S58566) is used to measure the bending stiffness of materials. The sample is prepared using a dedicated sample punch, inserted into the sample fixture, and the windproof cover is closed. Select the testing program from the touch screen, specify the testing direction (MD/CD), and after starting, press the sample towards the measurement unit in the set direction. After reaching the preset angle and staying, return to the initial position. The test results are displayed on the touch screen in the form of numbers and curves, and support comparative analysis of multiple sets of MD and CD test data.

Test description:

Suggest using FRANK-PTI specialized sample punch to prepare samples for bending stiffness testing. Insert the sample into the sample fixture and close the windproof cover. Select the appropriate testing program from the touch screen and specifySample testing direction (MD/CD). Press the Start button, and the specified direction of the sample is pressed towards the measuring unit. After reaching the preset bending angle, stay at the specified angle for a specified delay time, and then return to the initial position. The test results of three pre-set measurement angles are displayed on the touch screen in the form of numbers and curves. If multiple MD and CD tests are conducted, they can be compared and the results displayed in the statistics.
