1、 Pre installation inspection and preparation

Equipment inspection

Check whether the cylinder body is damaged, whether the bolt connection is loose, and ensure that there is no deformation or crack.

Clean the inside of the cylinder, remove any impurities that may exist in the pipeline, and prevent foreign objects from entering.

Preparation of materials and tools

Prepare specialized tools (such as corner cylinder tools) to ensure that the cylinder remains intact during installation.

Prepare earrings, uranium pins, flanges, and other accessories according to the installation form.

2、 Installation form and structural requirements

Installation form selection

Earring installation: Suitable for single acting cylinders, ensure that the earrings are in the same plane as the base.

Flange installation: Suitable for double acting cylinders, requiring the force to be aligned with the support center and the flange surface to withstand pressure instead of screws.

Installation of key components

The angle cylinder should be installed horizontally, and the horizontal angle should be easy to inspect and maintain.

The piston rod is aligned with the piston axis direction to avoid damage caused by displacement.

3、 Pipeline connection and sealing

Pipeline processing

Before connecting the pipeline, it is necessary to empty the liquid or gas inside the pipeline to prevent residue from entering the cylinder.

Sealing and fixing

Use a combination sealing ring to achieve bidirectional sealing, and fix the piston and piston rod through riveting to avoid the use of nuts.

Ensure that all connection parts are secure and regularly check fasteners to prevent loosening.

4、 Debugging and Running

No load trial operation

After installation, conduct 3-5 trial runs under no-load conditions to confirm that there are no abnormalities before loading.

Buffer and pressure regulation

Adjust the resistance of the buffer zone and fine tune the control valve in the initial stage to avoid collision between the piston and cylinder head.

Gradually apply pressure during loading, observe the operating status, and ensure that there are no abnormal noises or impacts.

5、 Maintenance and upkeep

regular inspection

Regularly check the cylinder sealing and bolt fastening, and replace worn parts in a timely manner.

Load matching

Select the appropriate cylinder diameter and stroke according to the actual load, ensuring that the theoretical calculation parameters (such as d/D=0.5) match the working conditions.
