The Festo DFST series is a cylinder designed specifically for smooth stopping of heavy loads. Its adjustable integrated hydraulic buffer can gently stop up to 800 kilograms of impact mass, producing almost no vibration or noise.

1. Selection key: Firstly, calculate the impact energy based on the load weight and speed to confirm the required stopping capacity of 800kg. Then select the cylinder diameter (which determines the output force) and stroke (lever action distance).

2. Derivative models and options:

Action mode: High single action safety (automatically extending to block when gas is cut off); Dual action control is flexible.

Additional features: Optional lever locking mechanism (prevents load rebound) or lever release mechanism (allows manual release).
