1、 Festo offers a wide range of product choices
The basic model of Festo has extremely wide applications and requires less space in terms of output compared to alternative models. Many models have high rigidity sliding bearing guides to choose from, or circular ball bearing guides for high torque applications to choose from.
We offer basic drivers in various sizes, with combinations of cylinder diameters and stroke lengths up to 200 mm. To provide a wider range of choices, we also have larger structures with stroke lengths up to 400 mm. For these larger models, there are several damping and terminal position buffers to choose from, including manually adjustable and sometimes self-adjusting pneumatic buffers.

1. Professional buffer design: This is the key to distinguishing series and determining performance. From the economical fixed buffering of DFSP to the professional hydraulic buffering of STAF/DFST, it aims to absorb impact energy, protect the cylinder body, stopped objects, and the entire conveyor line structure, and significantly reduce noise and vibration.
2. High rigidity structure and various derivative types: All series adopt a sturdy design to withstand lateral forces. We offer a variety of derivative models, including standard models, models with anti torsion devices (such as DFSP-Q to prevent piston rod rotation), roller models, etc., to adapt to different installation methods and stress conditions.
3. Easy to integrate and maintain: Most models have standardized sensor slots on the cylinder barrel, making it easy to install proximity sensors for position feedback. The STAF series supports direct installation of valve islands, saving space and accelerating response speed. Modular design also makes maintenance and component replacement easier.
