The FDK-HN6 free expansion number analyzer is an instrument and equipment that uses the free expansion number measurement method to determine the coking index of coal. It is suitable for use in coal, coking departments, and scientific research units.
The instrument uses resistance wire as the heating element and aluminum silicate fiber cotton as the insulation material, with fast heating speed and low energy consumption.
The instrument has good temperature control performance, simple and reliable operation, and the temperature control method can avoid overheating and burning of the resistance wire.
Equipped with a focusing observation tube, the obtained focal blocks can be directly compared with a group of standard focal block side profiles with serial numbers.
