The flow measurement of the unit adopts ultrasonic flowmeter. Six units use one ultrasonic flow meter, including LUW22 ultrasonic flow meter, two backup hosts for each other, and three expansion cabinets, which are grouped in a standard cabinet. Realize online measurement of flow rate for six units. The measurement results (including flow rate, flow velocity, cumulative flow rate, flow meter working status, etc.) can be displayed on the local machine, and can also be sent to the entire plant computer monitoring system through MODBUS communication protocol and RS485 interface.
The installation of ultrasonic flowmeter and the horizontal section of 8m pressure steel pipe before the snail shell inlet, all 6 pipelines use cross section 8-sonic internal transducers to ensure ± 0.5 flow measurement accuracy. The ultrasonic transducer adopts a dual backup structure. Two ultrasonic transducers are installed on each measuring probe, and their signal lines are led to the terminal box.
