The beer shelf life tester is mainly used in beer production enterprises and quality inspection units. It mainly uses the principle of high and low temperature rapid impact to simulate the deterioration process of beer, and cooperates with turbidity meter or photometer to determine the shelf life of beer.

Main features and advantages:

1. The initial temperature, constant temperature, constant temperature time, and number of cycles of the experiment can be set according to the user's own testing method. The instrument can store 999 testing methods internally.

2. Adopting an automatic liquid level sensing device, when the liquid level sensor detects a decrease in the bath liquid level, it will automatically alarm and cut off the power supply.

3. Temperature protection function, which automatically alarms and cuts off power when the temperature difference between the set temperature and the actual temperature is greater than 5 ℃.
4. Adopting rapid heating and cooling functions, it can quickly reach the set temperature and maintain stability.

5. Temperature control accuracy ± 0.05 ℃, display resolution ± 0.01 ℃.

6. The instrument is equipped with 2.4G and 5G dual band WLAN wireless modules, which can be operated through a mobile app, monitor the real-time operation status of various parameters of the instrument, and provide instrument fault prompts and alarms. Multiple instruments can be connected simultaneously.

7. Stainless steel beer basket, can hold 12 bottles of different sizes of beer, and can also be customized according to user needs.

8. Equipped with tempered glass transparent bath cover as standard, the internal state of the bath can be observed during the testing process.

Testing process:

1. When the instrument leaves the factory, it is equipped with a standard method for measuring the shelf life of beer. The default value is to maintain a constant temperature of 20 ℃, quickly raise the temperature to 60 ℃ and hold it for 24 hours, quickly cool it down to 0 ℃ and hold it for 24 hours, and then raise it to 20 ℃ to prompt a turbidity check. The above process is the first cycle. After testing the turbidity, the second cycle begins. The instrument can set the number of cycles and automatically record the number of cycles, making it convenient for experimenters to calculate the shelf life.


2. Experimenters can also set temperature testing programs according to different testing requirements.
