1、 Fault repair content

2、 Reason for malfunction

  1. Black screen/no display

    • Illuminate the screen with a flashlight, and if a blurry image can be seen, it indicates that the signal output is normal. The problem lies in the backlight or high-voltage board

    • Measure whether the 24V power input is normal

    • Replace the high-voltage board or backlight tube (some models use L-shaped tubes)

    • LCD screen damaged

    • High voltage board malfunction (causing backlight not to light up)

    • Abnormal power supply of power module

    • Mainboard signal driver chip malfunction


  2. Unable to power on/stuck in the startup interface

    • Try replacing the CF card or rewriting the system firmware

    • Check the stability of the power supply and replace the power module if necessary

    • CF card damage (system startup relies on CF card storage firmware)

    • 24V power supply fluctuation or instability

    • Memory gold finger oxidation

    • BIOS configuration error or loss


  3. The power indicator light is not on

    • Measure input voltage with a multimeter

    • Check if the fuse is conducting

    • Measure whether the output voltage of each power module is normal

    • Abnormal input voltage (such as phase loss, undervoltage)

    • Fuse blown

    • Breakdown of varistor

    • The switch power module is damaged


  4. Alarm at high speed (such as following error exceeding limit)

    • Clean the measuring components and check the wiring

    • Verify system parameter settings

    • Check if the grounding is reliable

    • Encoder or grating ruler contamination, looseness, or poor wiring

    • Parameter incorrect setting (such as MD30200 being reset to zero)

    • Poor grounding or grid interference


  5. No output signal (axis not moving, spindle not rotating)

    • Check the wiring of the motor and actuator

    • Viewing I/O status through PLC ladder diagram

    • Attempt to restart the system or restore default parameters


    • Loose or disconnected output circuit

    • Control program missing or logical error

    • Hardware failure of motherboard or I/O module
