1. Large double-layer heat-resistant glass observation window, convenient for experimental observation;

2. PIDTemperature control method, which can stably control the furnace temperature;

3. The heater is a coil type radiation heater with integrated thermocouples;

4. The sample operation adopts a pneumatic propulsion device, which can complete automatic operation;

5. The burner adopts electric spark ignition method, which is convenient for users to operate;

6. Four card sleeve interfaces are provided at the top of the box for smoke toxicity testing;

7. Provide 0-50KW/m2 heat flow meter and internal self circulating device;

8. The optical device is fixed on the optical platform to complete precise testing;

9. Three sets of neutral filters can be provided for calibration of transmittance values;

10. Provide 3 stainless steel sample clamps and a blank sample clamp device;

11. Provide gas pressure and flow regulation devices for open flame combustion testing;

12. Equipped with a data acquisition system and smoke density standard testing software;

13. The testing software can display test data such as transmittance and smoke density;

14. Smoke toxicity testing toolkit, including gas collection pump and detection tube;
