F800 is a semi-automatic fiber detection instrument with novel design, simple operation, and flexible application, which can be used for traditional Wende method to detect coarse fibers and paradigm method to detect washing fibers. Suitable for the determination of crude fiber in plants, feed, food, and other agricultural and sideline products, as well as the testing of washing fiber, cellulose, hemicellulose, lignin, and other related parameters. The results comply with the provisions of GB/T5515 and GB/T6434.
Optional peripheral accessories: cold extraction device. Steps such as pre experiment degreasing, acetone washing after extraction, and detection of acidic lignin can be carried out.

1. The design of the solution bucket pulling structure facilitates the operation of adding liquid and solves the problem of difficulty in replenishing reagents on the top of the chassis for traditional fiber measuring instrument solution buckets.
2. Corrosive liquids do not come into contact with any pump body, avoiding the phenomenon of waste pumps being easily corroded in traditional structures.
3. The design of the crucible recoil function prevents the sample from forming cakes in the crucible that cannot be filtered.
4. It has the function of preventing excessive overflow during liquid addition, preventing corrosive liquids from overflowing due to operational errors, and protecting the safety of operators.
5. Adjust the heating power of the crucible at any time to facilitate customer control of heating speed and reduce energy consumption.
6. Equipped with built-in preheating function, it greatly shortens the entire experimental process.
7. Standard configuration includes four types of crucibles to meet the needs of different samples.
8. The standard configuration can detect substances such as coarse fibers, washed fibers, semi fibers, cellulose, etc. (without using organic solvents), and the optional cold extraction module has functions such as detecting lignin and removing fat with organic solvents.
