1External wall insulation material impact resistance testerIntroduction
This equipment is suitable for testing the impact resistance of materials such as exterior wall insulation boards. It uses steel balls of a specified weight to adjust the height required for the test, allowing for free fall and observing the damage to the specimen as required.
This instrument meets the requirements of the impact resistance performance test in JG/T 287-2013 Thermal Insulation Decorative Board External Wall Insulation System Materials. According to the design strength of the sample, different weights and drop distances are selected to generate linear impact force. The degree of damage to the sample is checked to determine the impact resistance of the product and whether the sample is qualified or not!
IIExternal wall insulation material impact resistance testerEquipment Parameters
Ball drop control: manual magnetic control
Steel ball impact height: 0mm-1100mm (optional for 0mm-2000mm)
Dimensions: 500mm in length, 400mm in width, and 1600mm in height
3、 Experimental process
Place the sample facing upwards and horizontally on the base of the impact tester, with the sample tightly attached to the base. Use a steel ball with a nominal diameter of 50.8mm (calculated mass of 535g) to freely fall and impact the sample (3J grade) at a vertical height of 0.57m from the impact surface, and a steel ball with a nominal diameter of 63.5mm (calculated mass of 1045g) to freely fall and impact the sample (10J grade) at a vertical height of 0.98m from the impact surface.
Each level should be impacted 5 times, and the distance between the impact points and the edge should not be less than 100mm. Cracks appearing on the surface of the sample and around the impact points are considered as impact point failure.
When the number of failure points in the 10 impact points of the 3J level test is less than 4, it is judged as 3J level. When the number of failure points in the 10 impact points of the 10J level test is less than 4, it is judged as 10J level.
