The capillary piston (CP) nozzle eliminates the air chamber between the sample and the piston, so the volume accuracy is not affected by the performance of the sample. MICROMANE can solve the following problems:

• Viscous solution - difficult to extract and may stick to the inner wall of the suction nozzle.

Volatile solution - Due to solvent evaporation, the vapor pressure increases, resulting in leakage.

Cold liquid - due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the liquid, excessive liquid absorption occurs.

Hot liquid - Due to the thermal expansion and contraction of the liquid, there is insufficient liquid absorption.
