Operation and usage instructions

Attention: Before using the instrument, please ensure that there is no damage during transportation!

*Is the appearance of the instrument brand new and intact!

*Is it easy to open the transparent cover opening lever without any abnormal sound!

*Is the rotor elastic buckle vertically and tightly fitted on the motor spindle!

*Is the edge of the shock absorber pad firmly stuck on the main body shell!

*Is the power switch and power cord securely fixed to the main body casing without any looseness!

*If none of the above phenomena occur, the instrument can be safely used*

If any of the above situations occur, please contact the manufacturer or authorized dealer in a timely manner. Do not repair without the guidance of professional maintenance personnel!

4.1 [Open/Close Cover]

  • Maintenance and upkeep matters

Do not attempt to clean the centrifuge when the power cord is plugged in or the power switch is turned on. If the equipment or accessories are contaminated by pathogenic, toxic, or radioactive substances, it is the responsibility of the user to carry out appropriate purification, which should be explained when developing the "Laboratory Biosafety Manual" and so on. When there are other requirements for cleaning and decontamination besides those mentioned in this chapter, please contact our company to check if they may damage the equipment. If you plan to return the equipment or accessories to our company or request repairs, you must ensure that the equipment or accessories are clean and not harmful to human health!

Organic solvents should not be used as they can decompose the lubricating grease inside the motor bearings; During the cleaning process, liquids, especially organic solvents, should not come into contact with the motor spindle and the ball bearings inside the bearings!

5.1Do not use sharp objects to collide with the rotor. During handling and disassembly, prevent collision and prevent cracks from occurring in the rotor due to scratches or external injuries.

5.2 Regularly inspect the rotor components (especially the bottom of the test tube hole) for corrosion spots, grooves, and small cracks. If any of the above conditions are found, please stop using the rotor and contact the production unit.

When disassembling the rotor, grab it with both hands and lift it vertically upwards without shaking it left or right!

5.3Normally, the rotor should be cleaned once a week. If separating salt solution or other corrosive samples, please clean it immediately after use. If the sample is found to splash, soak or drip onto the rotor during use, it should be immediately dried and locally cleaned.

5.4When cleaning the rotor, please wet a sponge or cloth with neutral cleaning agent, and then wash off the cleaning agent with distilled water. Do not sprinkle or spray the rotor with water, as the liquid may leave a certain area and cause corrosion. After cleaning, it is allowed to air dry upside down.

5.5Check the locking condition of the transparent cover and the main body shell to ensure smooth opening and closing of the cover.

5.6Carefully wipe the surface of the instrument with a soft cloth dipped in neutral detergent, and then remove the detergent with a clean damp cloth.

5.7 If there is a major problem with the instrument, such as the inability to operate under normal power supply, the smell of burning inside the machine, the broken rotor, or severe shaking during instrument operation, etc
