After sales service commitment

1. Explosion proof turbine oil filterThe warranty period is one year (excluding consumables). If there are major problems with the equipment during the warranty period, three guarantees will be implemented. Any abnormal problems will be handled free of charge by the supplier. If they occur outside the warranty period, the supplier will provide lifelong free technical services and only charge for the cost of accessories.

2. The supplier guarantees that the equipment provided meets the requirements of user safety production and reliable operation, and is fully responsible for the design, manufacturing, testing, supply, shipping, on-site debugging and other processes of the equipment;

3. During the specified quality assurance period, the supplier shall be responsible for any defects and malfunctions caused by design process or material defects, and shall be fully responsible for any losses incurred.

4. After the equipment is put into operation, if there is a malfunction due to product quality reasons, the supplier shall arrive at the scene within 48 hours after receiving written notice from the purchaser. The supplier shall be fully responsible for any accidents caused by product quality issues.

5. The supplier shall dispatch experienced technicians to the site within two days after the goods arrive to guide the installation and commissioning work.
