1. Usage conditions:

This ozone gas concentration analyzer is designed for indoor wall mounted installation and enters working mode upon startup. It is recommended to preheat for 5 minutes and calibrate once before use. Can be used continuously online 24 hours a day, pay attention to the safety of power supply and environmental conditions when using.

This machine is equipped with a UV LED light source monitoring system, and occasional zero deviation situations may occur, which can be ignored. The system will adjust according to the brightness of the light source. If there is a zero deviation without ozone, manual zero calibration can be performed to clear it.

2. Precautions:

(1) This ozone analyzer is designed for indoor installation and should be used in a well ventilated, dry, and non corrosive environment. Special attention should be paid to isolating or protecting instruments in a timely manner if there are gases such as ammonia, hydrogen chloride, hydrogen sulfide, etc. in the environment. Gases can corrode circuit boards and touch screens, and ozone gas concentration analyzers cannot function properly. The malfunction of the instrument caused by this situation is not covered by the free warranty.

(2) It is necessary to ensure that the ozone gas entering is clean and dry. If it is necessary to detect the concentration of ozone gas in damp areas or with dust, a filtering device (flue gas filter) and a dehumidification device (electronic condenser) must be installed on the inlet of the ozone gas concentration analyzer. The malfunction of the instrument caused by this situation is not covered by the free warranty.

(3) It is strictly prohibited to directly introduce ozone gas containing substances such as oil, water mist, dust, etc. into the ozone gas analyzer. A pre-treatment device must be installed at the front end of the inlet. The malfunction of the instrument caused by this situation is not covered by the free warranty.

(4) It is strictly prohibited to connect the outlet of the exhaust gas disruptor back to the main pipeline (according to the "Ozone Generator for Water Treatment" standard of the Ministry of Construction, the exhaust gas from the outlet of the ozone concentration analyzer must be discharged or a destructive device must be installed).

(5) If the ozone analyzer is not used for a long time, it is necessary to regularly turn on the heating machine and store the instrument in a moisture-proof manner.

(6) The exhaust disruptor may generate heat during operation. It is strictly prohibited to touch it directly with hands (be careful of burns). Pay attention to the fact that the exhaust disruptor may become ineffective if it is damp. When not in use for a long time, moisture-proof measures should be taken. If ozone gas is found to overflow from the outlet of the exhaust disruptor, please contact the manufacturer in a timely manner to purchase replacement.

(7) Please use the polytetrafluoroethylene connecting pipe provided by the manufacturer for the intake connection of the ozone gas concentration analyzer. It is strictly prohibited to use connecting pipes that are not resistant to ozone corrosion, such as PU and silicone.

(8) The intake filter configured by the manufacturer can only filter dust particles and cannot filter media such as oil mist and water mist. If users need to detect ozone gas with media such as oil mist and water mist, please contact the manufacturer in a timely manner and customize a pre-treatment device.

2. Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. implements a free calibration system for the instruments and meters sold. It is recommended that users return the ozone analyzer products for factory calibration every 12 months (online use) or 18 months (experimental use) for free calibration, and users bear the round-trip shipping costs.

3. The maintenance or replacement of faulty parts is the obligation undertaken by Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. in this commitment; Under no circumstances can the buyer unilaterally terminate the sales agreement or request compensation for losses caused by the identified faulty components, or for losses caused by the work done by Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. in accordance with this commitment.

1. Normal maintenance and material wear and tear.

2. Color changes or fading due to normal wear and tear, abnormal operating conditions, or harsh weather conditions.

3. Claims for expenses incurred due to transporting the analyzer to the authorized service center of Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd., or claims for compensation for direct or indirect losses caused by repairing the analyzer, including transportation, accommodation, and telephone expenses, etc.

4. The abnormality of the analyzer is not due to material or structural defects, but rather due to improper use of the analyzer, neglect of maintenance, accidents, or lack of repair.

If the following situations occur, the commitment is invalid:

The repair operation recommended by the manufacturer was not carried out at Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd. or an authorized service center of Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.

2. The analyzer or part of the analyzer is not being repaired, modified, or disassembled at a location.

3. Neglecting maintenance of the analyzer or using the analyzer incorrectly.

4. After modification, the mechanical and electronic components of the analyzer or its system obstruct, even partially, the normal operating conditions provided by Shandong Zhipu Measurement and Control Technology Co., Ltd.
