When the construction temperature is low, the interval time can be extended. 3) The construction of insulation mortar should be carried out from top to bottom. 4) During the construction of the insulation layer of the machine's thermal insulation mortar, the thickness of the ash cake reinforcement should be reached, and a large bar should be used to smooth it out, so that the flatness of the wall and door and window openings meets the requirements. Attention should be paid to compacting the insulation slurry when applying it. 5) The prepared insulation slurry should be used up within 4 hours. The insulation slurry scraped off by the large bar must be mixed and reused within 4 hours. It is strictly prohibited to use outdated insulation slurry. 6) After the insulation layer is cured and dried (the surface cannot be touched by hand, about 2-3 days), the next construction process can be carried out. If the ambient temperature is low, the curing time should be extended.
