Application scope and field of experimental spray dryerMainly suitable for research and development and production of trace particle powders in universities, research institutes, and laboratories of food, biology, beverage, chemical, materials, pharmaceutical and other enterprises. It has wide applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is suitable for drying thermosensitive substances such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, etc. The sprayed material is only subjected to high temperature when sprayed into mist like particles, and is instantly heated, maintaining its active ingredients even after drying. Beverages, spices and pigments, milk and egg products, plant and vegetable extracts, pharmaceutical synthesis, thermosensitive plastics, polymers and resins, fragrances, blood products, pottery and superconductors, biochemical products, dyes, soaps and detergents, food adhesives, oxides, bone and tooth powders, and more.
