Overview
Working principle: After entering the dispersing chamber, the slurry passes through the dispersing holes on the dispersing wheel under the high-speed rotation of the dispersing wheel, and quickly separates from the dispersing wheel. After strong impact on the outer barrel wall, it is then folded back into the dispersing wheel for the next cycle. During such repeated cycles, agglomerates and large particles in the slurry are rapidly dispersed under the combined effects of laminar flow, turbulence, and void effects, effectively breaking down agglomerates, achieving uniform material dispersion, and ensuring that the internal structure of the slurry is not damaged.
