Installation adjustment:

Usage:

First, turn the switch to the retreat position until it automatically stops, then turn it to the middle position. Place the steam pressurized concrete block on the workbench, close it to the innermost positioning plate, and place a 20mm plastic plate in front of the clamping screw before tightening it. After fixing the test block, press the start button of the vertical saw operation part to process the test block. For the convenience of use, both the feed and retreat can be adjusted in speed. When feeding, try to slow down the knob and adjust it to around 10 Hz. Turn the switch to the feed position. Because there is no limit after sawing the test block, the tester must pay attention to observation. If the test block is cut off, be sure to turn the feed switch to the middle stop position in a timely manner, and then press the vertical saw. Stop button, in case of emergency, you can press the emergency stop switch to cut off the power supply of the whole machine After cutting the test block in one direction, the other parts can be sawed out sequentially
